Problems increased for director of film

Ratlam. The director of film JAB WE MET Imtiyaj Ali’s problems increased again. His revision petition was rejected by Ratlam session court which was filled against arrest warrant. Chief judicial magistrate of Ratlam had passed arrest warrant some months ago in the case of defamation under section 500 IPC.
It is made clear that Kareena kapoor and Shahid Kapoor starer film JAB WE MET is based on Ratlam city. Film shows wrong picture about Ratlam city. Ratlam city is shown as a spot of prostitution in this film. One citizen of Ratlam Yogesh Sharma and his lawyer Santosh Tripathi had filled a case against producer company Asht Vinayak Sine Vison and the writer and director Imtiyaz Ali under the section 500 IPC for defamation of Ratlam city before the chief judicial magistrate. CJM had been satisfied by facts which were produced by complainant and his advocate Santosh Tripathi. CJM had summoned the producer and director in the court. As per order, film producer company has sent its delegate mis. Damini Rasaal and she had granted the bail from court but Imtiyaaz Ali director of film has not presented himself before the court. CJM has passed the arrest warrant against him. Against the arrest warrant Imtiyaaz Ali has filled a revision petition in district court. First addl. dist. judge GS Saluja has rejected the petition today after the hearing of case. He has denied the argument of petitioner’s lawyer.
After the order of court the way of arresting is being clear and film director might have felt problematic himself. He is in great trouble now. He will have got come to Ratlam court other wise he will be arrested by police.
