republic day- a day for thinking about nation

This year we've celibrated our 61 th republic day before two days. today i'm writing on republic day. 60 year ago,in year of 1950 we have created our constituion and our leaders of that time like Mr.Jawaharlal Nehru and other congress leaders wrote INDIA THAT IS BHARAT. The biggest Question of last six decades is that where is Bharat. We becomes indian but nobudy wants to be Bharatiy. We are a Nation who has'nt our National language till today. we could'nt made our national language in sixty years. Gujrat High court commented some day before that hindi is not national language. We have only a language which we have got from our old ruler that we called british. Our supreem court works in English not in any Bharatiy language. Even i'm writing my blog also in English. Only language is not sublect there are so many things that we have not achived yet. We are devided in casts,states and in languages also.late have a look on Maharashtra's insidentes.We hav'nt national pride yet.We feel pruod in following weston culter.whenever we celibrats any birthaday we are happy in cake cutting but we dont like any Puja Or yagya which are our culter.

भारत की जनता-प्रयोगशाला के चूहे

भारत की जनता शायद प्रयोगशाला के चूहों के समान है। कम से कम भारत की सरकार और विदेशी कम्पनिया तो यही मानती है। शायद इसीलिए भारत सरकार ने अमेरिका की कंपनी US Agrochemicals and Bio technology (Monsanto) को भारत में बी टी बैंगन के बीज बेचने और इसके उत्पादन की अनुमति दे दी है। भारत में बी टी कोटन पहले से आ चूका है लेकिन यह खाने की नहीं उपयोग की वस्तु थी । भारत में लाये गए बी टी बैंगन की मार्केटिंग महाराष्ट्र हायब्रिड सीड्स कम्पनी लिमिटेड Mahyco कर रही है। इस बी टी बैंगन को Genetic Engineering Approval Commitee GEAC ने भारत में उत्पादन करने की अनुमति दी है कहा जाता है की बी टी किस्मे रोग प्रतिरोधक होती है। उत्पादक कंपनी का यह भी दावा है कि इसके उत्पादन से किसानो की गरीबी दूर होगी।
अब देखिये कि बी टी की असलियत क्या है । भारत में सबसे पहले बी टी काला फार्मूला कपास के लिए आया । कहा गया कि बी टी काटन से किसानो की तकदीर बदल जाएगी । किसानो ने भी महंगे दामो पर बी टी काटन के बीज ख़रीदे और बुवाई शुरू की । लेकिन कुछ समय बाद सचाई सामने आने लगी । आंध्र प्रदेश की सरकार ने अपने किसानो को चेतावनी दी है की वे जिन खेतो में बी टी काटन की फसले ली गई है वहा अपने मवेशियों को न जाने दे ।जहा बी टी काटन की फसले ली गई थी वहा चरने वाले कई मवेशियों की मौत हो गई। पता चला की उनकी किडनी और लीवर ख़राब हो गए थे। तब निष्कर्ष निकला गया की बी टी से किडनी और लीवर को नुकसान होने काला खतरा है। शायद यही कारन रहा की केरल और उड़ीसा सरकारों ने अपनी सीमाओं के भीतर

GM Food (Geneticaly modified food) के ट्रायल पर रोक लगा दी है । उत्तर प्रदेश,छत्तीसगढ़ और पश्चिम बंगाल ने जीएम फ़ूड की फिल्ड ट्रायल में अनियमितताओ और जी इ ऐ सी की कमजोर मोनिटरिंग की शिकायते की है। अंतर राष्र्टीय ख्यातिप्राप्त खाध्य सुरक्षा विशेषग्य देवेन्द्र शर्मा के मुताबिक जी इ ऐ सी पर आरोप है की उसने भारत में बी टी बैंगन को अनुमति देने के मामले में अंतर राष्ट्रीय बायो टेक इंडस्ट्री के दबाव में सुरक्षा और पर्यावरण को नजर अंदाज किया। केंद्रीय स्वास्थ्य मंत्री रहे अम्बुमणि रामदौस ने भी बी टी बैंगन का विरोध इस आधार पर किया था की इससे होने वाले प्रभावो पर पर्याप्त शोध नहीं किया गया है। इसकी वजह से स्वास्थ्य सुरक्षा और पर्यवारव पर क्या असर होगा इस पर भी शोध नहीं किया गया है। इसी आरोप को फ़्रांस के विशेषग्य गिलिस एरिक सेरालिनी ने भी सही ठहराया।

फ़्रांस के कीन विश्व विद्यालय के प्रोफ़ेसर गिलिस एरिक सेरालिनी के नेतृत्व में गठित commitee for indipendent research and information on genetic engineering ने बी टी बैंगन पर व्यापक शोध किया और पाया की बी टी बैंगन मानव जीवन के लिए पूरी तरह असुरक्षित है। कमिटी ने महाराष्ट्र हाय ब्रिड सीड्स कंपनी द्वारा उपलब्ध कराये गए तथ्यों (डाटा) को भी संदिग्ध बताया। कमिटी के अध्ययन से स्पष्ट हुआ की बी टी बैंगन खाने से बकरियों को भूख लगाना कम हो गया। चूहों में खून के थक्के बनने लगे और बायलर चिकन में ग्लूकोज का स्टार कम होने लगा। इससे इन प्राणियों में केनामयसीन नामक एंटी बायोटिक तत्व कम होने लगा। कमिटी ने महाराष्ट्र हाय ब्रीड्स कंपनी द्वारा किये गए सुरक्षा परीक्षणों पर भी प्रश्न चिन्ह लगाये है। ग्रीन पिस संस्था से जुड़े श्री सेरालिनी ने अपनी भारत यात्रा के दौरान उम्मीद जताई की भारत की सरकार अपनी जनता को प्रयोगशाला के चूहे नहीं बनने देगी जिन पर बी टी बैंगन का परिक्षण किया जाना हो। यूरोप में भी जनमत बी टी के खिलाफ है। इटली और ऑस्ट्रिया में बी टी पर करवाए गए शोध जी एम् फ़ूड के खिलाफ परिणाम देने वाले साबित हुए। यह तथ्य भी सामने आया की जी एम् फ़ूड काला उपयोग महिलाओ को बाँझ बना सकता है।

डेल्ही हाय कोर्ट ne मार्च २००८ में दिए अपने एक निर्णय में बी टी बैंगन के विरुध कई प्रमाण दिए है। अब भी सर्वोच्च न्यायलय में एक याचिका विचाराधीन है। इस सब के बावजूद अमेरिका की यह कंपनी अब बी टी मक्का और सोयाबीन के बिज बनाने की तयारी कर रही है.

who will be president

Election of Ratlam carporation has finished successfully and now everyone is busy in talks about the selection of president. The big question is who will be the president of RMC. As we know that the picture of RMC is a hung board.There are 23 carporators won the election on BJP ticket and 22 won by Congress.Four carporators are indipendent but three indipendents are connected with BJP idology. The house is having totel 49 seats and The Mayor is also a voter of presidential election. So that who wants to become president he need atleast 26 votes. BJP is hopefull for election b'coz BJP wnats only tow corporators support. The planners of BJP thougts that they will arrenge two vote from Indioendents. Othere side The congress leaders also hopefull for it.Leaders of congress think about cross voting. Congress leadership dosent ruled out the possibility of horse treading and they are trying for it.
In BJP there are many corporators dreaming to become president.Some female corporators also think so. It is a intresting senerio of politics which will be mentene for some more days.Only Time will decided that who will be preident of RMC

locle body Election

After only 28 day we will elect our mayor and 49 corporaters.Leaders from different parties has started exercise for election. the biggest Question for every citizen of Ratlam that who will be our Mayor.We already seen three mayor in past time.First was Mr.Jayanti lal Jain POPI SETH,second was present MLA Paras Saklecha and third present Mayor Asha Mourya. the tenor of three different mayors were not satisfactory. We have seen that one who elected for any important post he become corrupt.All three mayor were fully unsuccess in their tenor.all three were faced charges of corruption.
When we talk about present mayor Mrs.Asha Mourya when she elected as BJP Mayor we thought that Ratlam city would run on the path of development but it could'nt done. In her leadership municipal corporation were busy in only fight of group ism. She faced many serious charges of corruption in her tenour and no doubt that some charges are right also.When we talk about her predesesor indepandent Mayor Paras Saklecha many stories of coruuption come in our mind.But Mr.Saklecha has elected MLA again on the bais of falls alligation made by him on his apponent Himmat Kothari.Present senerio of city politics is very cloudy.No one can say who will be the candidet of BJP or Congress.It will clear after some days.It will also clear that what roll will be played by Mr.Saklecha.That time we would discuss on the issue of Mayor But this time I can say that We should elect some good person for the post of Mayor.Our mayor should be honest and vise.He should think about city not for himself only.It is a chanc for every one of us to serve our city by cast our presious vote for our city in fevour of a right person.

Mahi Project

After a long piriod I'm again starting on blog. due to various reasions I could'nt rais any new issue on my blog. Preently the issue before the citizens are Mahi River. Some Ratlami has started the movement for Mahi brings to Ratlam.No doubt that Ratlam facing serious water crysis and it is nessasarry for city that any water based project should start immidiatly. The idea of Mahi maybe good but very first it should be clear that weather Mahi project fisible or not. technical data can be good supporter of Mahi Movement.

जागो रतलाम के नागरिको

वैसे तो रतलाम के लोगो को यह बोलना ठीक नही लगता क्योकि इससे चुनावी बाते याद आ जाती है लेकिन मुद्दा ही ऐसा है कि अब बोलना पड़ रहा है.डेल्ही मुंबई इंडस्ट्रीयल कोरिडोर के मामले में रतलाम के साथ जो अन्याय होने जा रहा है यदि इस बारे में समय रहते कुछ नही किया गया तो एक बार फिर रतलाम पतन के गर्त में चला जाएगा। याद कीजिये चुनावी भाषणों को जब नेता रतलाम के लोगो को नेनो और रेनबेक्सी के सपने दिखा कर वोट चीन रहे थे आज वो गायब है और समस्या सामने खड़ी है। यह अवसर है कि सारे जागरुक लोग सक्रीय होकर रतलाम के हक कि लडाई मिलकर लड़े कई जनप्रतिनिधि इस कड़वी सचाई को छुपाने की फिराक में है मंत्री और विधायक कह रहे है कि रतलाम को अलग नही किया जा सकता लेकिन वास्तविकता यह है कि रतलाम को इस योजना से बाहर रखा गया है.इसलिए जरुरी है कि रतलाम के लोग अब जाग जाए वरना कई सालो तक पछताना पड़ेगा.

तिलक होली-परम्परा को नष्ट करने की कोशिश

इन दिनों एक समाचार पत्र द्वारा पानी बचाने के नाम पर होली नही खेलने और तिलक होली मनाने का अभियान चलाया जा रहा है। अख़बारों मे नाम छपाने को आतुर रहने वाले तथाकथित बुद्धिजीवी इस मे जोर शोर से शामिल हो रहे है.जरा उनसे पूछिये कि पुरे साल भर उन्हें पानी बचाने कि चिंता क्यो नही होती.एक अदभुत पर्व को पानी बचाने के नाम पर नष्ट करने का औचित्य क्या है। ऐसा अद्भुत पर्व जिस दिन लोग अपनी मान मर्यादा भूलकर,सारे भेदभाव भूलकर रंगों कि तरंगो में खो जाते है और अपनी सारी कुंठाए भूल जाते है उसे आधुनिकता के नाम पर मिटाने कि कोशिश और इसकी आड़ में विज्ञापन झटकने का खेल। वाह रे जल कि चिंता,कभी तालाबो बावडियो कुओ के लिए तो अभियान नही चलाया.एक दिन थोड़ा सा पानी बचाने के लिए सदियों पुराने रंग बिरंगे त्यौहार को ख़त्म करने का प्रयास क्या उचित है.पानी बचाने के लिए साल भर अभियान चलाना होगा और हर रोज पानी बचाना होगा। अपने तालाबो बावडियो और कुओ कि चिंता करना होगी होली बिगाड़ कर पानी नही बचेगा.तो आइये जोर शोर से होली खेले। सभी को होली कि शुभकामनये

Tilak Holi-Stupidity of year

This year we are looking the biggest stupidity Tilak Holi. Tilak Holi is a campaign of Dainik Bhaskar. Some so called intellectuals also supporting it. No doubt saving of water is a necessity of the present age but it dose not mean that leave the bathing or cleaning or drinking water.
Holi is an incomparable festival of India. It is a festival of informality and total enjoyment. Holi is a day when anybody can free from his complexes and depressions. Holi is having no rules and regulations. You can do every thing what you want. You can abuse to any body and shout, as you like. If you would try to regularize Holi then Holi would not be Holi. Any attempt of formality in holi is completely foolishness. Even though some persons and organizations trying for that and so called Tilak Holi is also an example of it.
As for as concern of Tilak Holi, it is a marketing funda only and no serious thinking of saving water is behind it. Marketing managers has planned it for only revenue gain. Saving of water is not important subject for them. If it was important than the campaign have been ran whole year not only for one day. So called intellectuals of our city also following the campaign for only publicity in newspaper. Many of them would look playing Holi with wet colors.
So that don’t disturb the festival on the name of intellectuality. Holi is not for so called intellectuals its only for open hearted person who can smile and enjoy the life. We have so many ways to save water and we can save the water but not on the prize of Holi. So come and enjoy The Holi with colors because colors are the symbol of life. Colorful life is right of everyone.

Doctors creates history

It was the historical moment for Ratlam civil hospital that doctors have got the success in very complicated operation of Shantilal Ninama who had badly injured in road accident and one eight feet long and 4 inch wide iron angle entered throw and throw by his stomach. The accident had happened Saturday night at near village Bibrod 6 km far from hear. Shantilal has seated in mini bus behind the driver. Iron angle hit him like an arrow and it entered in his stomach. Iron angle has crossed his stomach and cut his backside.
Removing the iron angle from his body was a big challenge for doctors. Ratlam civil hospital is not having the necessary equipments for any complicated surgery. In spite of that surgery specialist Dr. Pushpendra Sharma, anesthesia expert Dr.Mahesh Mourya and bone specialist Dr.CS Roy has accepted the challenge and they have ready to start the operation. In charge collector Dr.Sanjay Goyal has given them morel support and he has directed for the operation in civil hospital’s operation theater.
When the decision of operation had taken by three doctors, some other doctors also agreed to support in operation. Many media person were present there for giving the support to doctors. Finely doctors started the operation, some important equipments brings from some privet nursing homes. The hard working of about three hours pleasure has come. Doctors declared that Shantilal is now out of danger. The roll of media was very nice in the incident. The reporter of Chetna TV Bunty (Yash) Sharma has played very important roll to save Shantilal’s life. He was the person who brings Shantilal to hospital very carefully and continuously given him moral support. Today every one is praising to Bunty for his service. It was a historical moment for city. It was a big news for all news channels and news papers. After incident it has proved that doctors of Ratlam is capable to do everything but they wants only moral support and required equipments.

Strike of revenue officers closed

The strike of tehsildar,RI and patwaris is takeoff after the dialogue between the SDM and protesters yesterday. Both parties agreed on the amicable solution that SDM JS saluja has regretted on issue. He expressed that all protesters are family members and after the talks, dispute is no more.
.It’s made clear that during the CM visit in Ratlam on 10 February, SDM Mr.Saluja allegedly spoken worst language to tehsildar RK Haldhar ,some revenue inspectors and patwaris also hit by him. All revenue officers become anger on these matter and they started indefinite dharna. After passed two days dharna ,collector MK Gyani called them for talks..
Collector Mr. Gyani urged to protesters that they would stop the dharna till
20 feb. He made commitment to protesters that the solution of this problem would be searched soon. But till date no result had come and they again started dharana protest. They had only one demand that SDM would remove immediately remove from his post.But after the talk protesters agreed to call off the strike. As long as strike was going on the applicants who come to Collector office facing their official works.

Tehsildar and RI on indefinite strike

All tehaildaar of district, RI and patawaari have gone on indefinite strike against so called misbehavior of SDM JS Salija. They have staged Dharana before the tehsil office and submitted a memorandum to collector for immediate removal of mr.Saluja.
Conflict between tehsildar and SDM has started during the visit of CM yesterday. SDM Saluja did misbehave with city tehsildar RK Haldhar. RK Haldhar had become very anger and he decided to oppose it. Than all administrative officers like tehsildar, revenue inspectors and patwaris have decided strike against SDM. They said that mr.Saluja had shouted and told them eunuch. They wants that mr.Saluja must regret. But mr.Saluja denied charges. He said that he didn’t speak like that. He only tried to teach his subordinates. His wish was not hurt to anyone but his subordinates misunderstood and misquoted him.
Now dist. administrative officer union, RI union, patwari union and other employee unions have formed a joint front to fight on these issue. They have given a ultimatum to district collector for immediate removal of SDM Saluja before 16 February. After the time limit which is given by protester, they will start indefinite strike in whole district and government’s work will totally stop.

Film Director appeared in Ratlam court

Ratlam. finely the director of film JAB WE MET Imtiyaz Ali has appeared before the judicial magistrate of Ratlam court in the case of defamation. He has been granted the bail of re.5000. The next hearing of case will be on 18 feb.
It is made clear that the defamation case against the film producer company and writer director was filled by a local resident Yogesh Sharma and his advocate Santosh Tripathi. Both were angry because the film shown Ratlam city as a spot of prostitution. It was a shock for them.
The story of film JAB WE MET is based on Ratlam city. Hero of film Shahid Kapoor and heroin Kareena Kapoor met on Ratlam railway station in this film. They went to a local hotel in town and it was a spot of prostitutes where whores were available any time.
Ratlam court has accepted the petition against the film producer company AshtVinayak Sine Vison and writer director Imtiyaz Ali. Court had summoned them. Film producer company has sent its delegate ms. Damini Rasal to Ratlam court and she has got the bail. But the director of film Imtiyaz Ali did not come to Ratlam. District court had passed arrest warrant for Imtiyaz Ali. Yesterday Imtiyaz Ali came into Ratlam court and he urged for bail. Judicial magistrate Geeta Solanki has granted the bail for him.
After getting the bail Imtiyaz Ali said to reporters that he would not hurt the emotions of Ratlam.

One person again died in road misshape

Ratlam. One person again has been killed in road misshape today morning at Shahar Saray area. It was second death of road accident into city area within last three days.
Police sources said that one resident of bramhano ke vas KrishnGopal 44 had leaved from his home on motorcycle in early morning 7.30 AM. He reached on main road of Shahr saray. At that time one truck in very high speed has arrived from other side and heated him powerfully. Krishngopal was injured very badly and he died on the spot. Unknown truck driver has ran from the spot.
Police were not rushed at the spot immediately so that public became angry and organized a chakkajam on the road. After getting information of chakkajam CSP Jitendra Dwivedi And TI Rameshwar Choudhary has reached there. They talked with people and then protester become cool down. Police has registered a criminal case against unknown truck driver.
Road accidents are increased in city area day by day. Many innocent persons have been killed in road accidents. Main reason of accidents is bad conditions of roads and no control on speed of vehicles. Traffic police is very lazy. It had batter that traffic police should have concentrate on making the system of traffic. There is no control on speed of vehicles in main area of city. Road condition must be better. It is in our practice that whenever any accident occurred on road, one speed breaker is made on that place. But it is not a solution of problem. There should be good roads and batter control on speed. Only the control on speed can save us by accidents.

Problems increased for director of film

Ratlam. The director of film JAB WE MET Imtiyaj Ali’s problems increased again. His revision petition was rejected by Ratlam session court which was filled against arrest warrant. Chief judicial magistrate of Ratlam had passed arrest warrant some months ago in the case of defamation under section 500 IPC.
It is made clear that Kareena kapoor and Shahid Kapoor starer film JAB WE MET is based on Ratlam city. Film shows wrong picture about Ratlam city. Ratlam city is shown as a spot of prostitution in this film. One citizen of Ratlam Yogesh Sharma and his lawyer Santosh Tripathi had filled a case against producer company Asht Vinayak Sine Vison and the writer and director Imtiyaz Ali under the section 500 IPC for defamation of Ratlam city before the chief judicial magistrate. CJM had been satisfied by facts which were produced by complainant and his advocate Santosh Tripathi. CJM had summoned the producer and director in the court. As per order, film producer company has sent its delegate mis. Damini Rasaal and she had granted the bail from court but Imtiyaaz Ali director of film has not presented himself before the court. CJM has passed the arrest warrant against him. Against the arrest warrant Imtiyaaz Ali has filled a revision petition in district court. First addl. dist. judge GS Saluja has rejected the petition today after the hearing of case. He has denied the argument of petitioner’s lawyer.
After the order of court the way of arresting is being clear and film director might have felt problematic himself. He is in great trouble now. He will have got come to Ratlam court other wise he will be arrested by police.

Mangalya Mandir insident

famous Mangalya Mandir again in news. some persone alongwith females has been bruetly beaten by pujaris. Two young boys were badly injured in atteck. they were beaten by lathis and iron rods.that is second insident like this. some time ago members of a family had been bruetly beaten by pujaris just like it. Polise has registerd a criminal case against three pujaris but no one arrest yet.
Mangalya Mandir had been built by mrs.Prerna ben thakor MD of JVL.It's a famous and beautifull temple but after the closer of JVL it was totly ignored.some time ago Asaram Bapu has purchesed it and converted it in Ashram. In the rule of Asaram Bapu,temple has lost its dignity and chenged into privet property. So that no person like to go there. if some budy goes there he is bieng beaten by temple athority.

LI to TEN accused

First additional district judge of Ratlam JS Saluja has ordered life imprisionment to 10 accused of Alot today inclueded one bjp corporetor in a case of brutly murder of a youth named Sanjay Meena.The incident occured some nine month ago.Prosicution said that BJP corporetor Sanju alais Sanjay meena and nine other accused assembled at 20.4.2007 midnight.They went to Meena colony Alot and sumoned victim Mukesh Bairagi 24.Accused had attacked on victime by sharp vappons like sword and knife.they brutely kiiled Mukesh and after murder they rushed to railay line with deadbody. Accused had wanted disappear the evidence of murder.they had throne the deadbody on railway line. Alot Police investigated the case and arrested all 10 accused. some seven month long trial , Judge found guilty all 10 accused for murder and other offences. 1st addl.distt.judge of Ratlam JS Saluja ordered life imprisionment and other punishment for all 10 acused.
